At Móye Africa, we prioritize quality and customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help with a straightforward return and refund policy.
 
1.⁠ ⁠Eligibility for Refunds
  • To qualify for a refund, your item must be returned within 12 days of receipt.
  • Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
  • Customized or personalized items are not eligible for a refund.
 
2.⁠ ⁠Return Process
  • Please initiate your return by contacting our customer service team at info@moyeafrica.com
  • Once approved, carefully pack the item(s) in the original packaging or equivalent to prevent damage in transit.
  • You are responsible for any return shipping costs.
 
3.⁠ ⁠Refund Processing
  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
 
4.⁠ ⁠Damaged or Defective Items
  • If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at info@moyeafrica.com. We will replace the item or issue a refund, depending on your preference.
 
5.⁠ ⁠Exceptions
  • Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.
  • Items not in their original condition or returned after 12 days from receipt will not qualify for a refund.
